Body shave and haircut

The habits that are proposed are soon taken for granted.
Fashions are specially constructed artificially to do that you could feel beautiful things that actually are not, and to feel ugly things that maybe until shortly before were considered absolutely normal.
You are inculcated by ideas which many times are definitely not in your favor, but are so well constructed that you believe that are nice and useful.
It is often said that it is evolution or emancipation or projection in the new .... but it is quite difficult to realize that he is just a consequence of a mechanism that tries to convince you to become "a person who depends".

All this stems from a mechanism that tries to get you to consume what is sold and tries to get you to be what some others want you to be.
To the point: it is always manipulation of thought ... that could seem so much good to the point that you rebel at the thought that what I write can be right or possible. It is difficult to believe that what they do has to be reviewed ... so, too, swear to you that what you now say is beautiful "is actually really nice and unfailingly"!

This is the choice that subconsciously work: do you want to be a sheep in the flock or to be capable of judgement and discernment?

I'm here to give you an idea of what I wrote above.
So I submit you an example, writing on concepts about hair and body hair.

What are they?
The hair and the hairs of the body are constituted by solid proteins, such as keratin, in a percentage from 65% to 95%, then by water, lipids, pigments and trace elements; a solid other protein is the melanin that gives color to the hair. Keratin is composed of amino acids lysine and cystine. Other important substances for the life of the hair are iron, zinc, magnesium and copper. I recall also that there is an analysis for understanding the health conditions of the entire body called "mineralogram", through which, by a lock of hair, it is possible to identify which are the mineral salts present in the body and which are missing.
The hair is subject to a growth cycle lasting from 2 to 6 years; at the end of this period, this cycle, fals naturally and is replaced by a new one.

In the male there is a change of hair-speed double or triple of what is in the female; in fact, a man's hair takes on average about 3 years, while the woman takes between 6 and 10 years. The hair of the male falls, therefore, to a theoretical length of about 30-35 cm while that of the woman can reach the 100-120 cm. The hair length is, therefore, in nature, an important attribute of sexual dimorphism.

The hair and the body hairs are a natural feature that makes up the structure of the body; some animals have thick fur and a long mane, others have less. If we respect the naturalness of our body we should not touch this feature, since it is structural. You can not say that the human being had always cut hair and dander, because for thousands of years had not even the means to be able to do it (scissors, razor blades and razors).

Hair is:
--- A thermal insulating, which means of course that protect the most important areas from heat and cold. Are present especially on the head to protect the brain (the most important part of the body) by thermal changes that could create a shock to the delicate neurons.
--- Are a protection against traumatic events (falls, blows, etc.), creating a softening effect.

What happens when cut the hair and the body hairs (or when you shave or remove hairs,...)?

1. the body recognizes that an external event has raised a natural characteristic from the body and thus sets in motion all the functions that allow to restore the original naturalness. This demand on the part of the body is a kind of SOS that we cannot hear because it is unconscious, although equally happens. So the body is beginning to work to reform what was lost, and in doing this work aims at having to leave aside many other jobs that would maybe necessary at that time for the body (clean it up, readjust situations damaged, defend itself from external attacks, ...). Although it may seem strange and absurd, so after the haircut and body hair removal, there is more ease and predisposition to illness ....

2.  as briefly described above, to construct the hair and the body hairs the body needs various substances and mineral salts; iso after haircut the body must convey in these areas many substances, leaving some others impoverished; when the hairs and the body hairs are left at their naturalness, their length would remain the same for years and so the expenditure of substances would be minimal. Cutting and shaving the body continuously conveys always constructive substances in all those parts. You know that if a sheep is shaved to obtain the wool, it is not suitable to produce milk at the same time? And you know that if you shaved his life often gets shorter?

3. shaving the armpits, especially if done with the blade but even if with a razor or waxing, creates micro injuries that allow toxins discharged with sweat or other toxic products (soaps, bubble baths, perfumes, deodorants, ....) to be absorbed very easily; Some studies claim that these substances could be absorbed, going to affect the lymph nodes and creating the conditions for breast cancer.

4. especially waxing is a real trauma for our epidermis, which feels deprived of a large number of hair follicles. The women are happy because the hairs tend to grow more slowly ... but why? Because the body needs a very long work to restore its natural conditions and even if you do not experience the sensation, the body gets tired in rebuilding them .... In the more you can add the fact that the skin comes out irritated, so that are applied creams usually with many chemical components, which precisely through the empty spaces left by the hair follicles, more easily can enter in the blood, intoxicating the entire system.

Allow your hair to be as they would be in their natural way, it is important because:
1. natural methods of diagnosis allow you to identify the organs of the body that have been weakened or malfunctioning, noting the areas where the hair has thinned out or are lost. If your hairs are strong and sturdy and well present in a natural way, is a sign of good health. Those who have lost their hair or are losing them, should reconsider their lifestyle. In fact, the loss of a natural part is nothing else as a condition that shows signs of malfunction; the hair is in the specific way related to the functioning of the intestine and the intestinal villi, which are the tools to assimilate food and nourish the body.

2. the quality and quantity of hair and hair color and their directions, are used in a variety of natural health methods, as for example in the ancient Ayurvedic medicine, to understand the type of staff, which is a useful way to find the system life more adequate personally.

3. other philosophies support the idea that the hair and the body hairs are antennas of energy required to keep the body in good vitality, catching it from outside ..

In ancient China cut your hair was a symbol of disgrace.
In ancient Rome, the men began to cut his hair and beard only because they had to go and fight and did not want to give easy grip to their enemies.
The Buddhist monks began to shave their heads because they lived in caves in the forest and they were easy prey for parasites, that lurked in their hair and that among other things, were very disturbing during meditation, because of the itching.
The hermits left long hair as a sign of their detachment from the social world.
The Eastern monks and Christian monks shave their head as an act of submission to God
The Hindus shave their hair as a purification during pilgrimages and funerals as a symbol of loss.
The long hair on the sides of the face of orthodox Jews, are in accordance with a biblical prescription.
Today, a woman who wants to look, in front of others, as a managerial decision-making cuts hairs shorter ... having a more masculine figure; a man thinks he could have more charm and be more attractive by adorning himself by a haircut style similar to that of women.

People likes to shave dogs (like poodles) or other animals, searching for an exterior looking that seems more aesthetic.
Have you ever seen a lion, a horse, a cat, a rabbit, etc. who would like to cut the mane or hair? How is it that the human being is considered as more intelligent than any other animal and anyway wants to transform what nature has given to him?
Why the human being invents fashions also in relation to the hair and the hair?

So why now is it bad to have the hair under the armpits, many shave their pubic hair, women must have shaved legs, the men shaves the chest, the hair must have strange shapes and cuts?

It's all a matter of fashion and that is the result of someone who has decided to impose an idea to others and others follow him, thinking it's the right idea!

That is, if one day somebody will say you that it is more beautiful to be without nails on the fingers or toes (.... Since it also will tell you that to no avail ... !!) then you too you'll raise them ?? In the same way you say that a "piercing" is nice and do you do so many put in the strangest places, as also happens with the tatoo and you do draw the skin with the most unusual things ....

But what happened to that part of the reasoning interior that allows it would respect its naturalness and the wisdom of nature?

Sure that the human being believes to know smarter things than nature itself and therefore is misleading from this ... to live a life that deviates so much from this, producing disease, suffering, unhappiness, discontent, or other unnatural conditions that only manifest in the human being as wars, slavery, pollution, destruction of the natural ecosystem, etc!
No, no, it's not that I think everything depends on the fact that there is more or less to cut your hair or body hair .... but I'm just taking this as a reference range of the human being to enlarge to many others which then lead to these consequences ....

Ah .... I also want to add, I will not suggest you to go around like a troglodyte for following what written here but I would like to stimulate you to use with real sparingly as you do not do good or derived from whims of thought, by mode, from novelty, from what is taught, how it is unnatural....

If you want to learn more things about the "Sciences of Living" and you will be interested to spread these ideas as a Professional Adviser, read "Wellness in Your Life" at the web-site www.allthebestinyourlife.com

A tip:
To encourage healthy hair growth is recommended not to expose them to excessive heat such as hair dryer and deck.
One of the most credited suggestions for having beautiful hair is to put on the scalp yeast regularly and gently massage it often.
Take foods containing iron and magnesium.
Treatments based on thermal waters would promote faster growth and more health.

I do not propose to let it go right away what I wrote ... but stop a bit... take your time to reflect upon and upon the world around you ....

I'll wait for my next post which will be:
"Why do you get fat?".
Maybe you do not need but it is interesting in any case to know and understand how the mechanisms work within us!

Your herbal teas: 21 herbs with cautions + 9 specific advices

It would be advisable, before preparing a decoction, an infusion or whatever, to check out the contraindications related to each plant.

A few examples:

1. Garlic: is contraindicated for those who have low
blood pressure
2. Sorrel: those suffering from gout and gallstones should avoid
3. Altea: should never be cooked in iron pots
4. Arnica: it should not be used by those suffering from kidney disease
5. Absinthe: it must be used only for short periods
6. Asparagus root: is to be avoided when suffering from disorders of the urinary bladder
7. Hawthorn and shepherd's purse: are contraindicated for people suffering from low blood pressure
8. Chamomile, parsley, rosemary, rue, sage, juniper, fennel: pregnant women should not use them
9. Holy thistle: who is suffering of the stomach and kidneys should not use it
10. Centaury: can irritate the digestive system if taken in excessive doses
11. Coriander: people suffering from gastroenteritis and kidney disease should avoid
12. Onion: those who suffer from poor digestion and stomach problems should not use it
13. Bittersweet, ivy, horsetail, fern, gentian and genepi: are to be used in strict accordance with the doses and avoiding alcohol intake
14. Hyssop: is contraindicated for those suffering from nerve diseases

20. Valerian: subjects with low blood pressure should not take it
21. Mistletoe: it must be used carefully and never used in decoctions

Nine general and specific advices:

1. Do not use tea bags ...
because you drink an infusion of paper (even if it is defined as " for food" .... but paper is for you equal to a food?); in each case the paper is made with chemical glues and aggregating products that are going to be in contact with the boiling water, into which will melt the harmful substances

2. Do not use herbs that are not guaranteed or certified organic or wild ....
because could arrive from other countries (such as China or Africa) where there are no quality controls; therefore most of those herbs (many also of those found in herbal or pharmacy stores) are grown with pesticides, herbicides and chemical fertilizers; you'll drink a condensation of harmful substances instead of the healing substances that you would like to have

3. Do not take herbal teas because you would like to drink something different of water .....
because in each herb there are active substances that stimulate certain features of the body; might stimulate the features that in the long run you do not feel good for your health

 4. Do not drink always herbal teas ....
because the body becomes accustomed to being stimulated by some active substances in the way to be able to perform the functions that should be natural, ie physiological functions related to or connected with the immune system; the body and mind become lazy in making choices for self-healing

5. Do not wait that your herbs could become old ....
because they lose properties gradually

6. Try to buy the herbs as if they had been picked ...
because if you choose for example the ground herbs, have already suffered a great loss of properties

7. Remember the general rules on their preparation ....
because not all herbs are to be prepared in the same way;
--- The leaves and flowers should be placed only in infusion (ie, pour over the hot water and let rest from a few minutes to maximum 10 minutes);
--- Roots and seeds should be prepared in decoction (ie, boil for a few minutes to maximum ten minutes and then left again to infuse off the heat);
--- Do not buy herbs mixed together because there may be some mix of both types, and in the preparation you would lose a lot of qualities

8. Avoid taking herbal tablets .... are made mostly by excipients; you pay so much more for the work done and you have little amount of the useful herb

9. Whenever you want to pick you herbs ... be careful because many herbs are really similar; do good experience with someone who knows them well first and then go looking for them you alone; learn which are the ideal times to collect them and what are the methods of drying and storage; in any case, fresh herbs and wild ones, harvested in the right moment, are the most powerful

Enjoy your herbal tea and have a good health result!

Using fermented foods, recipes and how to prepare them

Sometimes it is not common to know that certain foods are also the products derived from a fermentation process. Here's a short list:

DRINKS: kefir, beer, cider, wine, vinegar, mead, elderflower sparkling wine, rejuvelac, coffee, tea, cocoa, kvass, boza

FOOD: bread, capers, olives, cheeses, yogurt, sour milk, sauerkraut, pickles vegetables (ie, salted vegetables such as onions, beets, carrots, cauliflower, radishes, etc.), vegetables in wine, vegetables under vinegar (small onions and cucumber) fruit or vegetables under bran (as apples), kiesel, tarhana, tzatziki, dosa, idli, almonds' cheese

DRESSINGS ... AND SOME MORE: soy sauce, tamari, miso, tempeh, amasake, sour cream, mustard, pickled ginger

FOUR IMPORTANT REASONS TO EAT FERMENTED FOOD:

1. Restores the balance of intestinal flora
2. Useful and beneficial in food processing
3. Are more digestible
4. Change flavor and texture of food

1. Restores the balance of intestinal flora
Do you like sweets? You do not want to give up packaged snacks? Do you eat chocolate? Do you use sugar-sweetened beverages?

If you use more than 2 tablespoons of sugar a day (a one-liter bottle of Coke contains about 10 tablespoons of sugar ....) you would have to integrate your diet with fermented foods. Sugar is one of the causes of the reduction in the so important intestinal flora. Same problem is given also by meat and fish.
If your intestinal flora is unbalanced, use these easy to prepare probiotics or.... sooner or later you will suffer problems throughout the rest of the body...

2. Useful and beneficial in food processing
In fermented leguminous plants are destroyed anti nutrients, such as the inhibitor of trypsin, which is present in the stomach and serves to digest proteins. They also decrease the oligosaccharides that cause swelling troubles. In whole grains is eliminated the effects of phytic acid, which produces, in a long time, the problems related to decalcify. It reduces allergic reactions in general, certain types of cancer are reduced, the gastrointestinal tract is more healthy.

3. Are more digestible
For example, milk: about 80% of adults have trouble digesting it, having lost, with age, the enzyme lactase. The undigested lactose is fermented in the large intestine by the bacterial flora with consequent production of gas. In the presence of lactobacilli, lactose is instead transformed into lactic acid, which does not produce gas and also lowers the intestinal pH, balancing the bacterial flora and easily absorbing the minerals.

4. Change flavor and texture of food
Many apetizers are made from fermented products because they stimulate more the gastric juices; Bread is the food that most shows structural differences and taste after fermentation processes, with both the sourdough that with the yeast.

RECIPES OF ENZYMES THAT YOU CAN SIMPLY PREPARE:

 *** Yogurt:
1/2 liter of fresh whole milk, 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt
Bring the milk to 38 degrees; take 5 spoons and mix well with the yogurt until they amalgamate; pour the rest of the milk and put it in the oven at a temperature of almost 50 degrees for a few minutes; turn off the oven and wrap the pot with the lid in a blanket; leave everything still in the oven for 6-8 hours. Then release the blanket from the pot and put it in the refrigerator at 4-5 degrees. You will have a yummy yogurt!

*** Diluited yogurt:
if you want to enrich more your bacterial flora. diluite yogurt with equal quantity of water, mix well and drink quiite far from meals. Being diluted produces no digestion and ferments can pass intact into your intestine.

*** Slightly acid milk:
put the fresh milk in a plastic large container, so that the thickness of the milk is not high; leave covered with a light gauze in a a temperature between 25 and 30 degrees; depending on the temperature, after 8 - 12 hours iit will begin to thicken; you'll have the natural enzymes, which have developed in the milk; you can drink it as well.

*** Sauerkraut:
the ones you buy in the store are mostly pasteurized, which means that the ferments were all killed and a lot of benefits lost; remains the only benefit of the transformation of the components. Better is to prepare by yourself. Slice cabbage very thin and put them in a container with layers of salt from 1.5 to 3%. Put on something that covers the entire surface and so theat less aircould pass, put a weight on top that can keep everything pressed. Leave at room temperature of about 20 ° - 22 ° C for 5-10 days. Check that the vegetables have produced a liquid, necessary to cover them completely; otherwise add warm water with salt 1.5 - 3% . Move them to a cool place to stop the fermentation process. They can be eaten after 4 weeks, separated from the liquid. If you eat them raw are useful for for good digestion and for your gastrointestinal health. Similarly, you can also prepare other vegetables such carrots, turnips or radishes, adding spices that you like more.

*** Fermented apples:
put 5 kg of apples (or pears) sliced in a large bowl; pour 250 grams of wheat bran in 2.5 liters of hot water; when cooled, remove the bran and dissolve in 40 g. salt; add the liquid to the fruit to cover it; put a lid with a weight on top to keep it pressed; when the fermentation has begun, leave it in a cool place for three weeks and then start consuming.

*** Tibetan Beer:
put 4 kg of cooked barley to cool on a tablecloth; mix it with two packets of yeast powder and leave to ferment for three days; put 2 liters of hot water; wait a little bit and after drain and squeeze out all the liquid from barley; your tibetan beer is ready!

*** South Indian Dosa:
here is the simplified recipe of this naturally leavened bread; mix organic whole wheat flour with water until it becomes a soft fluid; keep it in a bowl, in a place not too cool for a few days; mix at least once everyday, until a foam will form on the surface and it will smell a little bit sour; pour a small glass of it in a hot pan, preferably non-sticky titanium, and spread in the form of a pancake; turn it on the other side for a moment, until it dries a bit.

These are some ideas; try them ...!

Summary of how to cook and some special recipes

As summary of last two my Posts:

  • you better get used to cooking food that does not spoil and that do not denaturalize, might be mostly with the soapstone, folded in a blanket, at the sun, in bain marie, in the gas oven;
would be the best cookware soapstone, pyrex, cast iron or iron; for frying wok stainless steel (using the method described in the previous post)
  • to get all the nutrients, without having to return completely to a primordial raw food diet, it would be okay to eat 70% raw food accompanied with a 30% cooked food. The raw and cooked foods should be eaten at the same time and not before one and after the other; so you can get the maximum assimilative effects of all the nutritional properties of cooked food also.
  • gradually take care of many other considerations related to food and natural diet (seasonality, location, potential energy, polarity energy, features connected with the kind of staff, food stabilizers of the character, food related to evolution or to your daily activities, choice of foods that grow under or upon the earth, cleansing diet, dietary characteristics pre-fasting, etc.).

If you want to know in detail all the correlations for a proper nutrition, you can become expert in "reasoned nutrition", or if you would like to give advice to others you may become Feel Good Consultant specialized in "Natural Health & Holistic Wellness"; see my website www.allthebestinyourlife.com in the International School "Wellness in Your Life" section.

I would like to add some other considerations to I described in the previous post "18 different types of pots, pans, saucepans, casserole ....".
Now, still 4 cooking systems, this time "without containers":

1. hot ash
es
2. wood oven
3. Tandoori oven
4. flame directly

1.
hot ashes:
is a good system for tubers and roots, which are cooked slowly and in a natural way, without loss of substance; of course you have to be careful to keep the skin and the amount of heat to which they have to be exposed

2.
wood oven:
classically used for bread, cooking takes place by radiation of heat from the interior brick; therefore it is an optimal procedure for making bread in a natural way, even better if you use sourdough as a leavening agent;
you can cook inside many other kinds of food. Pizza is cooked near the coals embers, so attention to the parts that are scorching and ensure that the smoke does not spread on the pizza itself ... otherwise it becomes a dangerous food for health

3. Tandoori oven:
is an oven with the opening at the top and the embers below the food; the food is impaled on long skewers that support protrude above and below
is on embers; is not an ideal cooking because the food takes all the fumes of the coals and often is burned in some parts

4. flame directly:
some foods are kept almost in direct contact with the fire, such as skewers on wood or
peppers on gas flame; even if it is one of the oldest firings, is in any case it is not recommended because easily form harmful substances

Some other accessories used in the kitchen:

1. baking paper
2.
aluminum foil
3.
plastic film for foods

1. baking paper:
Most of the baking paper on the market is coated with Quilon, a chemical that contains chromium, heavy metal very harmful to health. In recent times it has begun to make a
paper simply coated with silicone (typically silicone rubbers have the characteristic to be remarkably resistant to heat and chemical attack), or parchment-like paper obtained in a bath of agents chemicals such as phosphoric acid. Many say that the silicone does not hurt .... I think it certainly does not kill somebody at the time .... but just certainly is a substance that is released from paper to food, being at elevated temperatures; I believe, therefore, that in any case is a toxic substance and that the body is affected after some time. Looks a little like the evidence that you have acquired on the fact that the mineral water bottles left in the sun release harmful substances to health (even if it is defined plastic for food!) .... Even if nobody does not die instantly! Just think that this paper is in contact with the food, in the high temperature of the oven, and how much of these substances could be released consequently ... in fact, a proof is that even if you use it more than once you will see that after a couple of times the paper begins to stick to the food. What does this mean? It means that the silicone (or the other substances) are already eaten by you! In parallel are the baking molds made by silicone, which is discussed on substances that releases the silicone during cooking, particularly in the first 2 or 3 times, so that, some manufacturers specify that the first sweets cooked, must be discarded, to remedy the problem. This however does not guarantee maximum safety in subsequent firings.

2.
aluminum foil:
is used to package and store food or during cooking, often baked. Even in this case the sheet releases
certain substances to food, especially if in contact with acidic stuffs (tomatoes, citrus fruits, etc..) or at high temperatures. All aluminum cans release this substance to drink or food tinned inside (especially for those types like Coke, Pepsi, Fanta, etc. that are strongly acidic as a result of the considerable amount of white sugar, but also in the case of beer, ice tea, etc.); even often it is not recommended to eat that part of yogurt which was in contact with the aluminum cover, because it has absorbed a bit of this material.
One of the biggest problems of the accumulation of aluminum over the years, is that it is a heavy metal that tends to accumulate in the brain and is now considered the primary cause of Alzheimer's disease (some researchers have reported that blood levels of aluminum in patients with Alzheimer's were 1.4 times higher than those of healthy subjects; subsequent studies have demonstrated that the concentrations of aluminum, were particularly high level of injury inside neurons, called neurofibrillary
plaques)

3.
plastic film for food:
th
ese could be made by PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and PE (polyethylene): in both cases it is plastics derived from petroleum. The first ones are the most dangerous to health (despite recyclable) because contain phthalates, harmful substances that can pass to the food with which are in contact. So it is better to opt for the latter, always looking on the packaging label EP. But it would be even better, prefer the films made from Mater-Bi, a bioplastic that these are biodegradable and compostable. Moreover, they are very permeable to water steam, allowing the condensation of foods stored in the refrigerator to evaporate, extending the duration of storage.
In any case, even for these products, there is always a release of toxic substances, which, in the long run, cause damage to cells and tissues.

Finally, here are three simple special recipe
s, you could use at every meal:

1) before meals:

one or two tablespoons of apple vinegar (preferably organic)
Preparation: dilute them in a glass of water;
ti sip half an hour before two main meals.
Effects: stimulates metabolism
of functional fats, dietary fat turns into useful energy, eliminates waste and bad toxins by detoxifying the body, reduces fat deposited, promotes the balance of intestinal flora, provides the body with beneficial natural elements, acts effectively in the regulation of cholesterol; regular intake of apple cider vinegar regulates the pH of the intestinal and urinary tract. thus reducing the risk of infection and inflammation.
Do not use vinegar or lemon juice with vegetables, because they limit the intake of
mineral salts.

2) after meals:

two teaspoons of sesame seeds mixed with salt; chewing at the end of the meal.
Preparation:
heat a tablespoon of salt in a pan, waiting that becomes dry; heat in a pan ten tablespoons of sesame seeds, waiting that could begin to crackle and become light brown; add the salt to the sesame seeds, mix them without too much crumbling the sesame, using a pestle or a roll; store in a little jar of glass for the few days it takes to consume the whole preparation (about five days), and then do it again.
Effects: promotes digestion, fights gradually
the tendency to acidity, it is very useful to gradually increase the potentialities of the brain.

3) during meals:

instead eating bread, prepare these crepes made only by sourdough, natural yeast of fermentation.
Preparation:
mix organic whole wheat flour with water until it becomes a soft fluid batter; keep it in a bowl, in a place that is not cool for a few days, mix at least once everyday, until a foam will form on the surface and it will smell a little bit sour..
Pour a small cup of the batter in a hot pan, preferably non-stick
y titanium, and spread in form of crepes; turn it on the other side for a moment, until it dries a bit.
Effects: It is a healthy bread, made
right at the moment, which has undergone a process of self-digestion; as it is fermented give benefit to the body; enriches the intestinal flora; eliminates the phytic acid that is found in all grains, which otherwise creates a slight tendency to descaling.

In the next post I will write more in detail about "Using fermented foods, recipes and how to prepare them."
Be sure to read it!
