In which one of the therapeutical systems do you believe?

I do not want to list, in this Post, all the existing healing practices, but I would only suggest some opinions on the quality and diversity of the systems connected .
The names that we hear most often are:
Allopathic Medicine and Natural Medicine .
*** Allopathic Medicine refers to conventional medicine, that is practiced by doctors using products made by chemical synthesis, or use surgical intervention. In the first case the use of pharmacological drugs usually tends to treat the symptoms, because the symptom itself is the chosen reference for searching the appropriate remedy . In the second case, the use of surgery, which is an invasive method, is applied when medicines, which were aimed at symptom, failed to have an effect on the real cause of the problem (that is not the symptom).
*** Natural Medicine refers to the non-conventional systems, ie those often called alternative medicines. Call already in the latter way is not correct to me, since these are not an “alternative” to mainstream medicine but are in themselves a therapeutic system .
Natural Medicines can be of 2 types :
1 . those who use the remedies, that is when are prescribed products that are processed or synthesized from natural substances (some as an example: Herbal medicine , Homeopathy , Ayurveda , Tibetan medicine , Bach flower remedies , Aromatherapy , the system of Dr. Clark)
2 . those who point to the fact that the body could use his natural defense and the self-curing ability; that is when are used or channeled elements and forces of Nature, useful to restore balance or homeostasis (some as an example: Dietology, Hygienism, Naturopathy, Taoism, Pranotherapy, Shiatsu, Do-in , Reflexology, Tuina , Yoga therapy , the system of dr. Hammer)

In who to believe?

° ° ° In the Official Medicine? That is, to believe that a problem is passed away only because the symptom of the problem has been eliminated ? It would be like saying that even if I cannot solve a math problem written in a book, the solution could be in hiding the book itself. Absurd, is not it?
Or thinking that the solution for a human body is like that for a car; when does not work correctly, it is enough just replace with a new spare-part. Is it perhaps less absurd?

° ° ° In Natural Medicine that uses Remedies ? That is to rely on a natural therapies expert to advise you on what action to take. But a person, having anyway a huge experience usually cannot understand, in a short time, the complete range of cases that brought to a specific disorder. To know all of us requests a magician who knows how to read the crystal ball .... And then if we are given a product that is beneficial, if is not the real right one could generate anyway adverse effects, even if it is produced without chemicals (I will write about this argument in one of the next posts) .

° ° ° In Natural Medicine using methods activating the self-curing abilities? This is the system that governs whatever is living (except, nowadays, the man). Nature has structured everybody with an adequate capacity to restore health conditions automatically, making only use, though instinct, of what Nature herself makes available to us.
But the human being has lost touch with his true instincts, since in our brain the Neocortex is superimposed on the R-complex or reptilian brain. So today it is necessary to study the mechanisms of Nature and reason about, to understand which one would be our instinctual choices in case of illness.
So ... which one is your ideal choice and what about various doubts? We'll talk in one of the next posts.

For the next post I will propose: What is Homeopathy and which doubts might we have?
